Talking loudly on the phone or not putting your phone on silent mode is the biggest put off in any workplace. The office is not the right place for romantic talks or family feuds. If you want to attend a personal phone call, it is best to step out and do it. Why disturb others working on the same floor?
#8 Come to office when you are ill
Some people are very dedicated workers and come to office even when they are down with the flu, but you should avoid doing it. It’s not a good idea to expose your colleagues to the illness! During such times, it is best to work from home or take sick leave. Your body needs recovery time too!
